I would beware when looking at this complex. When my roomies and I moved in it was a great place and we all felt extremely safe. We signed a second year lease, management changed hands, and the place went downhill. Apparently anyone was let into the complex. We experienced a stabbing next door, continuous loud parties both weekends and weeknights, and our cars were vandalized - 2 times. When the stabbing occurred, we requested information from the front office (which they are required to provide to tennants - by law) and they played off our request and commented that it was a minor incident. I saw the swat team and ambulances outside my windows that night - it certainly didn't seem to be a minor incident. As college students, we were looking for a fun place, however once we started feeling unsafe outside, and could hear our next door neighboors with their overnight guests, it was time to leave. The apartment was okay - on the surface it looks nice - though the quality of applicances and construction of doors and such were sub-par. I wouldn't go there though - especially if you are female.
