It seems like a lot of these reviews are centered around safety. If this is something you are concerned about, please check out www.tempe.gov/cau. This website is maintained by the police and is completely unbiased. It will list all the calls for service that every community in Tempe has, from car theft to "stabbings" (which I was unable to find a record of). It is a great resource for anyone looking to move to any apartment complex in Tempe, I highly reccomend it!
