I wish every apt. complex I lived in could live up to the extremely high bar set by cityscape. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The apartments are spacious and well maintained. Any maintenance issue I came to the office with was promptly taken care of within 24 hours and followed up with a phone call to ensure everything was fixed. Heating vent filters are routinely replaces without having to ask. The pool area is very nice and also well maintained. The complex is made up of some college students but also older tenants which lends to a quiet and peaceful environment. This complex might not have as many amenities or upgrades as some of the newer or fancier places around, but for the money, it is absolutely the best deal around. I love it and when the worst complaint I can come up with is that the parking spaces are a bit too tight, you know it is a place you can call home. I moved here site unseen based on comments I read on this site and have not regretted it for a moment.
