I moved in this semseter and have not had many problems. Most of what I read on here doesn't sound like my experience. The staff has been cool and the apartment was nice when I moved in. Occasionally there is a problem but nothing that hasn't been taken care of. It's a good place especially for younger students like Freshman and Sophs. People on here complain about things but they complain about things they knew before they ever signed up so I Don't know what to say about that. I think a lot of people make problems for themselves. I see them drink and party and then when they get caught, they hate the office staff and everything else. Hey, if you want to be treated like an adult act like one. Privacy can be an issue if you want to share a room, but if you want more privacy there are options. It's a student property so it feels like a dorm. They do a lot of activities so it's better than living a few miles away with a bunch of old people. Basically I had a good idea of what the place was like when I applied and when I moved in it was no more and no less than what I expected. Be mature, pay your rent, and they treat you pretty good. Screw around and make damage and they'll deal with you. It's that simple. If you want to party, go down the street, there are better places for having crazy fun. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
