I moved into the Commons in May 2003. I moved from out-of-state and didn't really know anyone here. I liked the Commons because they have individual leases, where you are not on the same lease as your apartment mate and they also have roommate matching. I don't know if I just got lucky, but they did a great job finding me a roommate. I have met a lot of really cool people so far and I love my apartment. The crowd here is a bit younger..I am 21 and most people that live here are 18,19,20 but everyone is still pretty cool. My apartment is grrreat. I have a third floor apartment, so we have vaulted ceilings. My roommate and I each have our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The price is a little expensive, but I think it is worth it if you are from out of town and don't know many people. I don't party that much but there are definatly fun parties here. Overall I would recommend The Commons to any students who are looking for a nice place to live.
