Living here was a total nightmare and I can't wait to leave. You pay for parking yet there is never anywhere to park, if the AC unit goes out during an Arizona summer then management leaves it broke for about a week and a half, a prison bed would be more comfortable, some guy around here plays the drums really loud at like 3am on a week night(and he is not good), security consists of a couple of elderly ladies that just stand around and watch things happen(like fights that break out in the street), bikes get stolen around the clock, cars get keyed and broken into, my roommate shaves her face every morning, gives the key out druggies who come in and smoke out, she has three-somes in the living room and then has abortions since she doesn't know who the father is. Management doesn't care about anything but collecting rent.
I know this is hard to believe but it is all true. Don't let this happen to you, JUST SAY NO TO THE COMMONS ON APACHE.
