THE GOOD, THE BAD, THE UGLY

Years at this apartment: 2003-01-01 - 2004-01-01

The GOOD: madd parties, kegs at the pool, girls taking their their tops off, broken beer bottles and trash all over the place, frequent fights, loud noise, security guards don't do shyt.

THE BAD: tempe party ordinance, TEMPE PD, homeless dudes walkin' around molesting people, occasional armed robberies, kegs run out of beer, pool closes at 12.

THE UGLY: my friend's roomate (Eugene) was a 36 year old creep who tried to party w/ college kids. he would hit on girls half his age, he eventually got kicked out of the community for drugs and sczophrenia.
