Fights break out in the street parking lot at all hours of the night and drunk chicks cry, beer pong is played at the pool, ugly fat chicks wear almost nothing to the pool, you come home to walk into your apartment to find random unknown people in your kitchen eating your food, and people throw their trash outside and leave it there(including throwing it off the 3rd floor balcony) because they are too lazy to walk it over to the dumpster.
To make matters worse the management is completely clueless and will try to charge for everything. No animals are allowed in the apartment and apparently their was some stray cat that used to always wonder on by our apartment so the management charged me and my roommates for keeping a cat on the premise. Then when they started charging other people fines, all the sudden all the college kids just put their cats and dogs outside and there was like mad stray animals roaming around the complex.
Another thing is that these walls are so thin I can hear the neighbor arguing on the phone to his girlfriend everynight and whining like a baby.
There is also never anywhere to park so the management put up signs to designate parking to their shelfish selves until some cool people tore the signs up out of the ground and left them on the doorstep of the office.
Also when I moved in there was a sponge in the sink with some plant life growing from it.
