In a last minute and obviously ill advised move, I chose the villas on apache (aka the commons) for this past year. World's biggest mistake. Over priced for a two bed two bath apartment that is dark, dreary, permanently smelly (and yes I do clean) crap hole. While maintenence DOES fix things, I'm basically writing a new report for them every week. If its not my bathroom sink leaking, then the cabinets are falling apart. I never have hot water, with construction on apache...the water line has been shut off before! Their provided internet service is slow, their basic cable consists of infomercial and spanish channels. I can never find a parking space because they dont check on parking permits (i literally waited for a parking spot in my own complex for twenty minuteS). All i hear at night is screaming girls and I've seen two fights outside my window (police included). the only pro is being close to ASU. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt

Pretty accurate, although I lived there in the summer and didn't run into many problems with parking
