I first moved here because of the proximity to ASU and because from what I saw on a tour. It looked nice. Looks can be very decieving. The first day I moved in I had problems. When I came in I noticed water dripping from the A/C unit. I went and told the apartment complex and they said that they would come that day to fix it (monday). (Thursday) no one came so i went and got a maintanance person. When they came in they told us that we should have had something bigger under it because it will mess up the floor (pretty much yelling). They came back later for 10 minutes and said the problem was fixed. That night after doing some laundry water started spilling from the A/C unit faster than before. I also have many problems with insects in the apartment and whenever someone moves in the level above we hear creaks in the ceiling.
