Manangement blows it/ Bad maintenance

Manager Charles Chavez and co-hart Ryan has caused more people to move out, then any other manager I have ever met.
He is on a power trip and gives Equity management a bad name.
Every tenant that has moved out, has had complaints about him.
He also discriminates against the male race as far as upping rent after your lease is over.
It will cost a male alot more to rent tnen an attractive female.
There are plenty of females there that don't get rate increases during resigning the lease.
I personally know, because they have told me.
When he allowed family members to move in, they were given extra garages and lower rates.
The maintenance is pretty worthless as far as getting anything done, if you could trust them in your place when your not home.
Plenty of reports of stolen tools by employees that look like gangbangers and barley 21 years old.
This is usually due to them being hung over from drinking on the premise after work.
I recommend NOT!

Haha too funny, but true. There a bunch of pervs that look at you through the blinds of the office and oggle you while your by the pool. |

I am a long term male resident of Copper Creek, the reason I have stayed at Copper for so long is the exact opposite of the reasons mention by the previous person. I just received my 1st rent increase in 5 years, and have had maintenance in my unit on several occasions and they have always been promt and professional. It sounds to me like the original auther had a bad experience but for all we know he may have been evicted and is just trying to get back at the office. Take it from someone who has been at the property for 5 years and have seen may staff members come and go, the people that work at Copper now are as professional as they come.

YES! I'm having that problem now! About a month ago I found a huge American cockroach (Palmetto bug), and just last night I found another. I know it's not from dirt/left out food for a fact because I don't HAVE anything here as I've been away, and I keep my place spotless!!
