The new management which includes Tara and her bumbling dofus of a side kick run that place like it is their own personal money machine.

We had problems with abusive disruptive neighbors and nothing was done about it, they allow drug dealers and porn movies to reside in their complex and turn a blind eye.

Now we have finally gotten out of there and they say we owe them 1.000 bucks for new carpet and paint, apperantley a couple of scratches on the wall add up to about $200and a new carpet in less than 900 sqft cost $700, btw they won't even show us the damage that we are being accused of causing.

these people are incredibly shady and underhanded and will lie to you every chance they get.

Tara will talk to you like you are a complete idiot and the other guy has no idea whats going on.

This place will take all your money and then some more! do not rent here save yourself the headache!!!
BTW the maintenance people don't fix anything
