Current Resident Review

Years at this apartment: 2007-01-01 - 2007-01-01
I've lived here at Copper Creek for approximately 1 year.
I doubt that I'll be renewing my lease.
Now I know that for the most part the only people that are going to write reviews here are the unhappy folks, so I'll try my best to give a fair and honest review.
1) The complex is, for the most part, pretty quiet.
Occasionally (maybe every 3 months) you get a party in one of the neighboring buildings that can get pretty noisy and run pretty late.
Normally not really a big deal, except that the walls between apartments, and between buildings seem to be paper thin.
2) Maintenance doesn't seem to do a very good job here.
I've placed several orders for work to be done in the past, and although they seem to do some of the work, it doesn't appear that they finish.
I've had to have holes patched in walls that were left for weeks after completed work.
When I moved in, there is/was overspray all over the windows from the last paint job, and paint on the carpet where they forgot to tape when painting the walls.
I would go into more details, but I don't want the complex to figure out who I am.
3) Tara in the front office is extremely nice, but her assistant is a complete moron.
He looks like he should be selling vacation homes in Boca Raton or something.
Kinda has that "Joe Isuzu" look to him.
He's not the sharpest tool in the shed, but hey, maybe he's doing what he loves, and if so, I can't fault him for that.
4) Overall it's an acceptable complex for transitional living, but I wouldn't expect to get too comfortable here.
The apartments seem just a bit run down.
