My wife and I lived here for almost a year and since usually only upset people write comments we thought we would give our honest opinion.

The bad: The complex markets itself as "luxury apartments", they aren't anywhere close to being upscale but they are also no where near the bottom.

The complex is about 25 years old I would guess based off the appliances that don't always work very well (some units I hear have newer appliances so I would specifically target a unit that had those).

Since the walls are thin and if you have a sensitivity to noise I would recommend staying away from the units directly facing Mcclintock.
The good: We had great neighbors, the pool is clean, and the units come with a garage which is great.

We picked the apartment because we needed a place that took dogs, was in Tempe, had washer/dryer in the unit, and that was near the top in terms of safety according to Tempe PD's statistics.

I am usually very skeptical based off horror stories you hear and read about with bad landlords/property managers, but Copper Creeks front office is great.

Tara is the property manager and she is extremely nice, on the ball, and most importantly honest.

She is more than fair and you can relax because if she says it, she means it.

We also REALLY appreciated that the maintainance men were people we were comfortable around.

Adrian is out and about all the time busting his tail working hard and was always super nice and prompt about anything we needed.
