This apartment/townhouse complex is the worst place I have ever lived.

The maintenance people, although you see them regularly, rarely show up in a timely manner and seem to disappear when you need something done.

Management likes to take there time when responding to things that you need, usually until they need something from you.

The best way to get them to call you back is to not pay your rent.

Then they'll be quick to contact you about your pending eviction.

On top of that, what the lease says is no where near what they try to tell you after you've moved in.

Documents have a funny way of disappearing from the office when you request a copy so MAKE YOUR OWN before you give it to them.

Also, NOT luxury apartments.

They are run down and kind of gross.

The carpet is supposedly new when you move in.

I didn't know that new carpet came pre-stained.

Screens fall off the windows, the front door doesn't always lock and the heaters don't really work.

Plus the dishwasher doesn't really wash.

It seems to just rinse, then dump soap everywhere and dry (which is the tenants fault, not the bad appliance because we really like our dishes that way).

I will give them one thing- they keep up on keeping the property clean.

Usually dog droppings are a problem in complexes.

Not this one.

I got plenty of notices on my door to clean up after my dog - and I don't even own one!
