My boyfriend and I have lived here for almost two years and it hasn't been that bad, especially considering what the reviews say.

The management is very nice and helpful.

I agree with the dishwasher review because even after getting a new one because the old one was loud, it works less and I wish I had the old one back and the worker stated he thought it was out fault it wasn't work.

The apartment isn't new by any means but it is clean and bug free:).

It is in a busy location but that is somewhat conveinent and somewhat annoying.

Parking is not really a problem and college kids can sometimes have late parties but that is to be expected.

Overall I am happy not to have any nightmare experiences.

Big bonus that there is a washer and dryer in the unit and they work very well.
