I've lived in three different apartments in this same complex.
The first time was a new move in from a different Equity Residential Apartment Complex.
The second move was because the staff worked with me so I wouldn't have to break my lease due to a job layoff.
This last move was because we needed a first floor apartment - the stairs were killing us.
Each time the moves went smoothly.
The property management and maintenance staff has changed several times since I've been a tenant here but they are always friendly and professional.
There are constant property improvements from painting the buildings to managing the landscaping.
My roommates and I enjoy living here and the proximity to the freeways, grocery stores, and restaurants in the area make it an ideal place to live.
You can't go wrong with the garage space.
Even if you don't put your car in it, at least you don't have to pay for an additional storage unit.
The staff are easy to talk to and work hard at ensuring you enjoy where you live.
