The location of the complex it GREAT! You name it you can walk.
The management has been so helpful from touring the property to moving in.
I looked at about 5 others apartments in the area (some newer) but Cooper Creek won me over.
May not be the best but the floor plans are cool, feels like your living in a loft.
Best part for me is the garage.
Leaves plenty of places to park when I have visitors and allows ample storage.
Everyone is so professional but fun, even the neighbors.
SO FAR SO GOOD!!!!

I absolutely agree. Definite 5. Turner and Tara worked with me extensively so that I could move in. We LOVE it here. Very quiet and very rarely hear anything, other than outside once in a while. No dogs barking, even though there are quite a few here. It feels like my own home, very spacious and bright, lots of storage. Maintenance has been extremely quick and helpful. My only wish is that they were double paned windows and ceiling fans in the rooms, only have one in the kitchen. They even let you paint if you want as long as you put it back to the same color. Grounds and pool beautifully maintained. Need more flowers in the back, but they are working on it.
