I lived here for 2 years.
1st year was on the 1st floor.
Every time it rained the floor leaked because of cracks in the foundation.
The maintenance enters your apartment when they feel like it (without so much as a knock).
The office management is extremely rude.
They deposited my rent to the wrong apartments account then tried to take legal action when I said I had already paid the rent.
The walls are extremely thin.
2 cars were broken into while I lived there.
It takes monthes for maintenance to fix anything
