This place has its pros and cons. Some of the more important things (to me, at least) are the following:

Privacy- the staff isn't intrusive and if you like to be solitary, you don't have to know your neighbors. Thats the way I like it. But within the first week of visiting here, my brother was able to make friends with several of the people around.

Pets-you can have them! If you don't want to leave fluffy behind, then this is a good place. It costs about $200 to keep them, and there's a fine if you let them go without cleaning up on the lawn.

Bugs- There are non. As a person with phobia of bugs, this place has been ideal. No roaches, no real spider problems, the only bugs that seem to infiltrate our home are moths when we leave the door open. One problem that we do have is fleas, but that's a common problem down here I believe.

Parking- There is a lot of parking available. I've never had a hard time finding a place.

Maintenance- They don't really get to you quickly and sometimes they don't help much at all. The front door lock broke 3 different ti mes (they helped quickly with that)but it still broke regularly until I fixed it on my own, installing my own lock. The drain in our tub doesn't work properly and by the time we finish showering (which takes 10 minutes at most) the tub is starting to fill, if we take any longer the tub will fill compleately. It is quite annoying and has yet to be fixed. When we first moved in our toilet ran constantly, and again, I fixed it myself. The only other time, besides being unable to lock our door, that they came quickly was when we had a water leak, and that was because I informed them one of the household members is deathly allergic to mold.

Noise: This is good and bad. The walls are very thick in my portion, I can't hear it if our neighbors have music on unless its really loud, I never hear their TVs, and when intimate moments get noisy we don't get complaints and have never needed to complain. The roof seems... less secure, as we can hear the footsteps of the upstairs neighbors. And the doors and windows leave much to be wanted. Any noise in front of those can be heard clearly. The sound of water running down from the monsoon rains is like a waterfall roaring outside the door. And when the grounds are being cleaned, or lawnmowers are running we can hear it Loud and Clear at 7am.

The Rest- I really like it here. As far as apartments go, for the price that we pay we really enjoy it here. Its comfortable and we don't have a lot of problems. As long as I know how to fix minor problems myself, we seem to do fine. I have had a few neighbors report cars being stolen, so that has to be kept in mind but overall I feel safe here and the location is nice.
