We moved here as a last resort. We came here from Ohio and DESPERATELY needed a place to stay because hotel places are expensive. I have never seen a cockroach so MASSIVE besides at the zoo!!! They were in out kitchen, our BATHROOM!! everywhere!! We never had clutter or a reason for them to stay but once the apartments next to us got bombed they flooded to our apartment. Our apartment got bombed also. They gave us ZERO notice and showed up 10 minutes before i had to go to work and sprayed the house while my DOG was here. Had I not been home my dog would have been sprayed and I would've probably walked home to a dead puppy. Not like management would care though. Our bathroom sink leaks non stop, it takes a muscle man to shut the damn thing off. Our carpets are frayed it stinks like mildew. They don't turn the a/c on until April, HELLO ITS THE DESERT!!!!

They come and go into your apartment as they please, so don't keep anything valuable in your house. Arizona has a high car theft crime and your belongings would probably be safer in there. The people that come to fix anything hardly speak english and they all are disgusted with management. Upset employees=bad news.

Any letters that they leave adressing problems have pure attitude in the text. We merely got 2 days notice to remove everything from our kitchen and bathroom area as they were going to paint the walls and countertops'!'!' AGAIN!!! (the 100th layer...we were advised when we moved in that there was no lead because everything had been painted over a bunch of times). I'd rather have old cabinets and drawers as long as cockroaches didn't inhabit them!!

When you come home there is nothing but the smell of pot and other drugs filling the air outside your house. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE!!! DON'T SIGN THE LEASE, LEAVE!!!
