Well in a "nut" shell what more can you say about this place' It is filled with roaches, drug dealers, kids running a muck, the parking lot is gross the office staff is dishonest, the maint men only speak spanish, the pools suck & are dirty & gross just as the laundry rooms are, no working equitment in the gym, the grounds in the front look great but take a good look in the back, they go by what looks pretty up front by the road, they trun the AC off WAY TO SOON! and wont turn it on in the spring as needed so the top floor BAKES! Dog poop everywhere, stay cats crapping everywhere, do a police check on the place, there was MURDER in the 200 building on the front of the grounds in the East side of the complex, they allow criminals in if they are friends with the office...."not a crime free place here" Cars are being broken into 24-7, not ER number to call if you need to get help or repairs, too many people living in one apartment, light/elec problem in the buildings, durning the Monsoon you will get flooded out if your on a bottom unit and the drawings are rigged.... would you like to move here'
