ive lived here for three months already and so far i havent had any real problems.I have no roaches and if u do just tell the office they spray on thursdays... there are plenty of kids and youd think just because there is it would be loud but once it hits dark everyone is inside..its a great location minutes from elem. middle and high school.close to stores parks and the orbit routes.i live close to the laundry rooms which are very big and these apt have snack and soda vending machines. i think its worth living here and you dont have to pay for utilities...theres ton of parking and its first come first serve so u dont have to worry about people parking in you spot or having your guest's cars being towed...live here good price and u dont have to pay utilities...
