if you have a section 8 voucher u will sure to be inn! they dont take section 8 participant or program seriously, just repair or fix the bare essentrails. dish washer not work, roaches inside of dishwasher,am allegic to this place, always sick, security aint doing his job,serious matters not being reported.can take up to 1 month to begin repairs in bath room, water leaks, i will not be renewing my lease. washers dont clean clothes, washers and dryer alway broke. kids children under 18 in pool unattended after 530p.m. one gate is locked closed y, shouldnt both be open. only 1 handicupp parking, should have about 8 opens

Pretty good description. This place is infested with cockroaches, maintenance is lazy and can barely speak English. Our security guard, who was beaten and robbed here on Christmas night, is friendly but ineffective. People here just don't care. Office staff is rude to the point of comical. My boyfriend and I sadly had to sign another lease, due to his hours being cut. The only good things I can say is that utilities are paid, which is a Godsend at the moment. Also, parking is very good, lots of spaces. Last would be the location. Close to the freeway, a pharmacy, gas station, and fast food places.
