I live there one year and the noise from upstairs started about a month after I moved in. The apartment above was rented out and and they had kids one roller blades and made a lot of noise. And there was sound proofing in the cielings. I complained to manaement many times and the did nothing. Jessy and Tim lied to me and said the wood do something about the noise. I always paid my rent on time, but they did not care about me. Worst place to live.
