Pros: Excellent and caring on site management that really turned the place around. Excellent size apartment for the price. Close to ASU, grocery, laundromat (on site laundry room as well). Pool and grounds are well maintained. Gives clear view of any fire-works which happen weekly with the nearby sports arenas.

Cons: The ones before the current managers let the place get pretty bad and only did patch jobs, but the new management does proper fixing of each apartment unit before leasing to any new tenant. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

This is way too postive of a review... These place is crime ridden (check the police records if you don't believe me) and run down.. please see my review for more details
