I have lived at Cortez Palms apartments for over three years.

Its not the the Grand Hotel--but Hey what do you expect for
$495/mo.!!! Its Clean , neat, basic accomodations.

The new manager Victor is great!.

The owner is committed to keeping the rent low for college students--two blocks to ASU! I can park my car (off street parking) and walk EVERYWHERE PLUS the light rail is 1/2 block away.

The heat in the summer is vicious--despite the air conditioning, tho'
