I have lived here from 2005 and am still currently a tenant.

I was somewhat reluctant to move in when I read some of the other reviews on here, but I found out that there is a new owner as well as new management and there haven t been any real problems since I moved in.

The buildings are a little bit older but when I had a leak the management fixed it that day and I haven t had any problems since.

The manager is really friendly, and they allow small dogs and cats which is nice.

The apartments are REALLY close to ASU and there is a lot of public transportation around.

It is nice not to have to buy the expensive parking passes at ASU!!! Overall I have nothing to complain about living here, they are cheap, clean, safe, pet friendly and close to everything...what more can you ask for!
