Good price...I'll give you that much. The problem is the neighborhood. There is a bus stop right at the entrance to Cortez Palms that is always filled with people. That makes it noisy, and inconvenient, and it feels pretty unsafe. The campus is very close and that is convenient for students. My one warning to everyone is don't expect to get your security deposit back. Peak Investment (the company that runs this complex) will put things on their check-out list that didn't even need to be treated in order to keep the full security deposit they ask for when you move in.
