Things do happen, but not as many times things have happened here. No one can say what Desert Palm Village is like unless they live here. The first couple of months was great for me. Then things changed. The staff has become rude and act like they are greater then thou and do nothing but lie.

The A/C quit working and they haven't fixed it. The neighbors let there 2 dogs go to the bathroom right outside my bedroom window and don't bother to clean it up. Yes having a party all the time is fun and that's cool, but not every night til 3 or 4 am at noise levels that would keep anyone up.

There is much more, but I have better things to do than waste my time on a place like this. If you are 18 - 21 yrs. old then the place may be perfect for you.
