I have lived at Desert Palm for 6 years. I live in Tempe because it is in the center of all the cities. I have lived at my share of complexes and they are all the same. You can live at the Ritz and still be unhappy. It depends on who you are and what you expect. I find it funny to read these reviews. I could say that I am mad at the staff, because they sent me a noise letter last month, but that would be silly. I was noise and they did their job. It is not a perfect place to live, but it's what I pay for. If you can afford a nicer/newer place then move there. If you cannot I think you should deal with it and relize at a property that is at least 15 years old, it is not going to be perfect. Thay allow big dogs and that is nice.
