Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
My brother and I have been living here for about 13 months, and although there are some things we like about our apartment (big rooms, good location), something bad happens about once every 2 weeks and reminds us of what a dump this place is. #1 problem: the maintenance people. I don't know where the office staff picked these people up, but here's a pointer: being nice and cordial doesn't get our roofed fixed. I'd rather the maintenance people be mean and actually know how to fix something than be nice and no literally nothing about home repair. The problem du jour' Well, it rained last night, so now we have pots all over the apartment to collect water as it leaks through our roof. We wouldn't live here again.
