Unfortunately, we still live here because our lease is not up yet ... It's pure hell. Management is rude and inconsiderate. Within the first two months, our a/c broke 4 times! Then, when asked for compensation, they offered nothing. I've been disrespected by several agents who either tell me insufficient/wrong information or just hang up on me. Parking is also ridiculous. There is no organization to their system and the lighting almost never works. And safety' It's a joke. My roommate has had her vehicle broken into twice ... And when we asked management to fix the locks because we didn't feel safe' Ha ... It was just a waste of time. They said they fixed it, but our locks are still loose. I could give a list of a million things wrong with this place ... Lack of competent management, safety, pest control, mailing issues, everything. I hate this place and I can't wait to leave ... I would never want anyone to go through the crap we've been through here.
