Ok we need to keep in mind that most of the people that live here are first time renters
They are coming from mommy and daddy's house where every thing was handed to them and their butts were wiped for them.(usually by mommy,cause daddy was probably out with mommy's best friend!)This is called the real world. Welcome and let all who enter take note of the fact that life is not always gonna be peaches and cream. of course there are things that need to be improved. But that goes for every apt complex.nothing is ever perfect.If it was they wouldn't have this web site now would they' Who ever writes these comments especially the 5 most recent ones need to A) learn how to spell,doesn't A.S.U. teach you how' and B) not take things to the extreme.Only mature,
level-headed,adults(who know how to spell)
should be writing stuff here.Oh by the way those who do write this stuff should try not drinking before they do. Don't deny it i see the beer and alchohal bottles every morning when I go to work. And I know all these comments are written by people who live here
which brings me to the conclusion that they are YOURS!!!So please if you are considering living here try this, come check us out for yourself.Don't let teenagers and thier grief think for you. Stop by and form your own

Before you try preaching to people about how to spell, why don't you go back to school and learn how to yourself? "Alchohal", try alcohol, and even more appalling "thier", try their. Moron. Secondly, I've lived here for 3 years and this place is a dump with management who are a bunch of rude people who don't even thank you or even smile when you pay your rent. And before you go blaming the trashiness of this complex on college students, keep in mind not all of us behave like imbeciles. And we most certainly are NOT teenagers.

Well its going to be a shill for the complex because that place is a craphole. I think the reason people live there is that it is close to ASU otherwise there's nothing great about it. Anybody defending it has a suspect motive for doing so.
