Office Staff Stole my car

I went down to the parking lot to find my car missing. I went into the office to check if they towed it for some reason before calling the cops to report a stolen vehicle. Apparently they hire a company to drive around the parking lots and tow vehicles if the registration tags are expired (by only one month even). This would have been ok, but my registration was current and valid!!! Luckily I had government emissions paperwork from the previous day stating they were valid because the office staff was VERY rude and said it was not their problem that I had to pay $95 to get my vehicle back. The only way to accomplish anything was to truly yell at them to get my car back that they ----ed up! They finally called the towing company and I was able to get my car back charge free - but they wouldn't even bring my car back to the lot so I ended up having to walk to the towing lot to get my vehicle. The entire event is UNACCEPTABLE, and I am lucky I didn't get fired from my job because of their mistake.
