I have lived here for 9 months and i still have 3 to go.. when i first moved in, in january, the place smelled like cat urine BAD i couldnt move in . i insisted that they replace my carpet, and the management ARGUED with me that it was already new, which it definately was not.then they apologized and a stray had ruined the inside.. so they fixed it. in february there was a rain storm, the first rain since i moved in and my roof leaked.. BAD the ceiling turned brown and chunks of popcorn ceiling fell down and when i came home from my best friends wedding the next day everything was soaked, and my cat was trying to eat the popcorn. i notified the management that night and they said they would take care of it. 2 days later i had surgery and was at my parents houe for a week, when i came home, NOTHING had been done. a week later they tore down my patio (they were replacing all of them) which, had an ennomous hole in it to begin with, then when they built me a new one i couldnt get into my outside closet. almost every week since ive moved in i have had to call for a work order, which usually takes days to get fixed, and sometimes they come in and do NOTHING about the problem, say theres nothing wrong, and leave. this summer my roof leaked... again.. aparently they didnt fix it in FEBRUARY. they told me it was fixed and i was content, until 3 weeks ago when my roof leaked AGAIN it is the end of august at this point and today, three weeks later, i still have popcorn ceiling that falls down everytime it rains and nobody has come to check my roof, or repair or repaint my brown chunking ceiling.. small things ALWAYS break.. there is a stray cat that wanders outside the building... i often find it on my patio, this cat actually attacked my neighbor and she was sent to the hospital, and they refuse to do anything about this. i come home almost every night to find this stray peeing on my patio or front door.. when i talked to management the head manager said (and i quote) "can you trap it'" i said no, it bit my neigbor im not going to try.. then she said "well.. here, next time its on your patio, go boil up some water, and then scald the hell out of it"

now they say that they need to move me to another apartment to fix my roof. i dont have the money or time to do this, as i am a full time student, i work , and i work for a theatre company..... i would never recomend this place to ANYONE

it is overpriced, and not worth the time, or effort
