Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
My biggest complaint with the apartment was that for a 2bed/1bath. My electric bill (with conservative usage) was over $250 during the summer. The complex is not located in the best part of Tempe. My car was broken into twice. Also, from my experience (and my neighbors), I would guess that the 4.0 rating and comments given to this apartment was from an employee of the complex.
