This place is awful

I lived here for 7 months and I would not recommend it. My apartment was infested with scorpions - and I keep a clean apartment! In the 14 years I lived in Tempe, I never came across an apartment that harbored the number of scorpions as this place. My refridge was breaking down and I had to complain for 5 months before they replaced it - they just sent maintenance to fiddle with it for the 1st 4 calls. The electricity bill is ridiculously expensive here. In a one bedroom apartment, my power bills avged $200 - again NEVER in my 14 years in Tempe did I run up more than $110 in electricity in a month. The lights in the back parking area where I had my assigned spot were constantly turned off - this is a high auto theft and break-in area. I never felt safe coming in at night. I also had a huge hole in my roof from a leaking ceiling from the last renters, which the management had patched in the most amateurish manner - it was hideous but it didn't leak. They replaced all the balconies after my 1st month, and painted the buildings. I never had a problem with the management being rude.
