We have had a good experience renting here and we are moving out only because we've bought a place. The grounds are kept green, maintenance is prompt, office folks pretty nice and no hassle.

The apts are truely roomy. The fitness centers the nicest I've seen in Tempe apts of this price range. The pool and hot tub are also very nice. There a lot of dog owners so if you are weary of dogs, that might be an issue for you. The apt was very comfortable in the winter months, but I cannot attest to the summer living experience(the walls do not seem very insulate) It is very convenient with the Orbtiz stopping right at the door step that takes you to campus and Mill Ave. and the 72 going to downtown scottsdale is a block a way. Safeway and Walgreens is withing walking distance. School is 10 minute bike ride away.

Good place for student living and young couples.
