I have lived at Desert Palm Village for 4 years. It isn't flawless but it isn't the worse. I have had a lot of things need to be fixed over the years, and they always fix them. It may take a couple of tries but they end up fixed in the end. The office staff is not that helpful or friendly but I just have to hand them a check every month so I don't mind. The apartments are big for 1 bed/1 bath, it is pretty quiet here, and I don't have any major complaints. The 2 biggest problems - electricity bills are outrageously expensive (mine was $195 for June) and I don't think there has been a time that all of the washers and dryers all worked (even after they installed new ones) which can be frustrating. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
