Don't live here. The company doesn't take care of the grounds or facilities and right now it smells really bad of dog ----. The washers and dryers were replaced with new ones but that didn't help. They still don't maintain them and/or care if they are working. They put out scorching hot water on the "cold" cycle and one is coated in dried crap that smells like sewage. I have called and reported these problems weeks ago and they are still broken. They just want your monthly rent - they don't care about anything after that. Don't live here. Find somewhere better that actually takes care of the property and that is offering better deals on rent.

It's true, I considered covering their sign to make it say "Desert Poop Village" instead because of how much it wreaks of dog ----.
