I have really enjoyed my time at Eastridge. Maintenance and office staff are very accomodating and eager to meet your needs. The location is convenient to stores, restaurants. My only complaints have to do with noise: our apartment faced the parking lot and dumpster, so we heard cars, radios, and trash removal relentlessly. Thsi would probably not be an issue in a different unit.
