Great MGMT unless you have complaints.

I lived there for 9 months, I signed a 12 month lease however, when I had numerous noise complaints fomr the neighbors above us they did very little.

I was constantly woken up and kept awake every morning from 1am to 3am.

After they wrote a letter to the offending apartment (3 times) they told me that I had to call them to witness the noise.

When I called them they refused to come over, their main excuse was that they were the only one in the office and they could not leave to office unattended.

I had the police over several times and two of those times the police notified the management in writeing.

During the ninth month I retained a lawyer from ASU and proceeded down the legal path when they convienently decided to let me out of my lease.

I move out of there and swore never to return.

The management is great and they take care of all maintenece problems, but if you have ANY issues with other tenants then you are in for a ride.
