Eastridge is a pretty nice place to live. The office staff is a bit too happy. They can be kind or so I understand, such as giving goodie baskets on your birthday, but I really can't tell you how good they are since neither me nor my roommate received one on our birthdays. Also, maintenance is quick, but the problems seem to fix themselves once maintenance is there and break as soon as they leave. The walls are paper thin, so plan on eavesdropping on your neighbors messy breakup, or learn to enjoy the trumpeting. Where we are (by the McClintock entrance), parking is great. But beware if you live on that side, yard work starts around 6 am every Monday morning. Overall, this was a good first apartment experience. I would recommend this place to others, but make sure that you get a better deal on the place than we did.
