Well ive been at eastridge for over a year now. next to no move in costs ( I spun a roulette wheel as part of their promotion)I got 3 months free with a 14 month lease, when prorated, it gave me a decent sized one bedroom for about 490 a month, throw in the pure fitness membership which woulda cost me about 30 a month. They even kept me on that prorated rate when my lease went month to month. The bedrooms are spacious, no real dining area, but unless you want to have a passover seder, it will suffice. AC is cold as a witch's teet. Apartment was pretty clean when i got it. I live on the road towards the office, i dont hear the dumpsters, but the tree trimmers and lawnmowers often wake me up. Who cares... it keeps the place looking nice. Great gas grills and pretty good pool, sometimes heated. spacious parking spots. need to work on sprinkler placement, ive taken a few diggers... Staff is really nice, always willing to send maintnence, which is pretty prompt. maintnence guys are cool. I really liked this place cause it was far from the road... some other apts will stick u in a unit right next to the road, or right under the flight path ( which is loudest on university and downtown tempe) With the addition of the new sunflower market, there are plenty places to get food. it was cool that they do 50 cent laundry days. The lovely ladies in the office do a very nice job and are very caring of their residents. if you are worried about noise, my best advice would be to get an apt along the middle road or best would be in one of the courtyards.
