Obviosly the person that wrote that the staff was "too happy" has never lived in alot of the apts in tempe. Before I moved to Eastridge I lived in another complex in Tempe where I had multiple problems that I had to break my lease to get out of. Before I moved into Eastridge my old apt was flooded constantly and had bugs and for two weeks I didnt hot H20. One of the good things about Eastridge is that the apts dont have water heaters that can bust and flood your apt. Also thay pay for your hot water. I lived here for nine months and I've only had two service calls and they were both done in the same day that I called them in, which was unheard of in other places I've lived. As for the staff being "too happy", well if you mean that they are always having community events and actually seem to like their job, than you are correct! I would recommend Eastridge and I have because in addition to liking the place they will give you money off your rent if you recommend someone!
