I have lived in a couple apartment buildings around town and this is by far the best one.

Great price, great staff, quiet, and friendly people make this an awesome place to live.

I would recommend it to anyone looking to not spend a lot of money, be close to ASU, have everything they want within walking distance, and be greeted with a smile everytime you go to the office.

A diamond in the rough if you ask me.
