I have lived at eastridge for 6 months and it isn't a bad place to live. It is centrally located near 2 supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants and banks. The apartments are dated but nice. They are relatively large and you don't often hear your neighbors nearby. There is alot of parking for guests and extra cars. It appears to be a safe environment and I have never had anything stolen or crime experiences. Don't let them tell you the kitchen in your apartment will be newer and refurbished as compared to the model. IT ISN'T, but it's still functional. They allow pets which is nice since I have a cat and they keep the area relatively clean and manicured. They are usually responsive to complaints, such as the disposal breaking. Except for my singular complaint that they appear to ignore on multiple occasions. Every monday morning starting near 7am the landscapers basically begin to blow leaf blowers outside of your windows. We live on the 2nd floor and never fail to wake up. Its difficult for me because I work late on Sunday and really need rest that night. I have repeatedly asked that they start at least at 8 am, but there has been absolutely no change or acknowledgement of my concerns. I consider myself pretty easy-going and I like the apartments overall but this is driving me crazy so I thoguht I'd warn you all.
