This place was a dump.
I lived here last year for only three months and had to get the hell out of there.
The apartments themselves were fair inside, but that's where it ended.
Every neighbor I had was a white trash family with kids, living, presumably, on welfare.
This place was ghetto and I'm sure it still is unless they have really turned things around in the last year.

Obviously the first improvement was having you leave. You could have easily expressed your opinion with the same results without denoting color to what you term as 'trash'. I would say Eastridge is a better place now that there is one less narrow minded bigot residing there. Have a nice day. :)
