I've been a resident at Eastridge for two years now and I gotta say I like the place. There have been a few problems, last October my roommate's car was stolen from the parking lot. A neighbor that used to live kitty corner from me was arrested a few months ago at gunpoint by a SWAT team for identity theft(they gutted his apartment and I haven't seen him since). My next door neighbor had someone come in and steal his stereo and game systems (but he had left the door unlocked). We had a minor run in with tiny spiders coming into our house (but they sprayed right away). There was a day where our water had to be turned off to fix the pipes. We got new management not long ago, I liked the old management better: nicer, didn't loose things as easily, and seemed more on top of things. The new management almost lost our rent checks once and forgot that we had two cats and tried to say that we had only reported one. Plus they recently upped the rent by $100 and are now charging for sewer and trash where before we only had electric.

The good points to the apartments are many though. Good location, good insulation (my last electric bill for my 1 bed apt was only $40, in the summer it's about $90), friendly staff, nice park nearby, large bathroom and lots of space in the apartment. Pretty safe neighborhood. Quiet area. Repairs are made quickly. Problems fixed quickly. They allow you a day to turn in rent without a charge and there is a rent drop box. The parking is close to your door and convienient. So overall it has been my favorite apartment that I have lived in so far and I have lived in 4 in my life.
